An Emotional decision handled with care

From the moment I met fhil I knew I was in good hands. He has compassion understanding and knew what we wanted for the property. The communication was there. The open lines were there each week after inspections. Everything was communicated. The plan was created. The plan was set in stone, and then the plan was executed very well, which led to a great result at auction time for a situation that was very emotional.
