I couldn't be happier!

Selling your property is one of the most stressful things you can do. I was so glad to have Filippo and his team (Xavier and Sophia) on my side during the process for the recent sale of my property. It was the best decision I have ever made for a number of reasons. Filippo has his finger on the pulse, he knows what is realistic and what is not for your area / suburb. Filippo walks you through the plan / timeline for the sale of your house and is happy to answer any questions you might have. What I noticed most, is that Filippo will pause and listen (i.e. its two-way conversation which is rare these days). I also think he must be a bit of a night owl as I frequently received late night updates on the sale. Finally, Filippo achieved a sale price on my property that far exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Filippo and his team enough….you will not regret it!
