Great experience in all respects
While buying land is a less complicated than buying a home, you still need an agent that understands the market and speaks honestly and with market knowledge. We found that with David. He knew our needs across the different options in the market and kept us informed of the right opportunities and did not waste our time trying to sell us things that did not meet our needs. No 1. Agent in McLaren Vale
This was the 2nd property within 6 months that we appointed David to sell and without fail, had it sold within 4 weeks with the results we needed. The pressure was on as we had already purchased our new home along with due to be married & heading overseas whilst marketing the property. At no point did we worry about giving David the reins as we knew that on our return from our honeymoon we would turn into our Street to see a sold sticker on the signboard.
