David was flexible and helpful when I bought this house. He tried his best to help me out with small issues around the property when I took possession. He didn't have to, as once it was sold it was off his hands, but he did the best he could. This was very appreciated by me. It was a good experience with a most professional real estate agent. I am happy to provide this review, and would certainly consider using him as my agent should I need to sell in his area.

Without the BUILDING INSPECTOR's assumptions which some proved to be unsubstantiated, minor and not within the brief, there would have been an earlier sale. The agent then had to renegotiate after independent reports obtained, proved Building Inspector's assumptions incorrect. With follow up a successful sale was negotiated Jock & Mary Statton
