Garry was a great agent!
Garry was a great agent. I couldn't have asked for anyone more diligent and as a local to the hills area for many years he knows the people and has that real balance selling the property but not being too pushy. He is a really genuine guy and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone who wanted to sell their property. Thanks Garry for all your hard work, taking the stress out of a very stressful situation!

Down to Earth
Gary completely proved our preconceptions of real estate agents wrong. He was professional, friendly and open to negotiation. At no point did we feel pressured, instead we felt he took the time to understand both parties personal situations and navigate a good and realistic outcome for us in a smooth and stress free process.

FANTASTIC OPERATOR
During the course of negotiations from the initial listing of my property to the signing of the Contract of Sale I knew exactly what was happening. Gary rang me after every open inspection with the outcome and continually updated me in relation to the relevant contract conditions. He made the whole experience very very easy and I give him a 10/10 for how he conducts himself and his business - open, honest and always puts the client first. I would highly recommend Gary to any vendor.

Highly recommend Gary Dawe!
We listed our home with Gary about a month before Christmas. We couldn't have been happier with his knowledge, professionalism and marketing skills!With his sound knowledge of the local area, we set a realistic price; we had a deadline to meet in order to purchase our new home and didn't want to waste valuable weeks trying to achieve an impossible target. We had 3 open for inspections prior to Christmas and Gary communicated with us immediately after each one. There were some very interested parties from these inspections, who all came back following the Christmas break. In the end, Gary presented us with 3 offers at the end of the first week in January, the successful one being over our asking price! We are thrilled with how Gary handled the whole process; he was extremely professional whilst at the same time communicated with us and the prospective purchasers in a genuine and friendly manner. We would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling.

Great Local Knowledge Leads to Successful Results

Sale of my property at Meadows
I chose to use Raine and Horne at Meadows to sell my property as they are the local agents and I thought they would have the best local knowledge for the sale. I had specific requirements due to the house being a rental and Gary was more than happy to meet all of these requirements. The house sold very quickly and it was a excellent working with Gary, as a 1st time house seller Gary spent the time explaining all my questions making the experience a whole lot less daunting.
