Working with Kieran was a fantastic experience for us. He is an excellent real estate agent who truly understands the property market. From our first meeting, Kieran listened carefully to our goals and made us feel like a priority. He guided us through every step of the selling process with clear, honest communication, so we always knew what to expect. Thanks to his brilliant marketing strategy and sharp negotiation skills, he attracted buyers incredibly fast. Kieran went above and beyond to secure the best possible price for our home. We highly recommend him to anyone selling their property.

Thankyou Kieran. We contacted Kieran to sell this (deceased) property. The company he is Director of, handled the selling of the property in 2013 and my father (whom handled a lot of communications) contacted Raine and Horne, Melton, for their feedback and (hopeful) help/knowledge of Melton area. We were not disappointed. Kieran was able to respond promptly and is knowledgeable about what he was doing. His availability to meet was prompt, and at a time that was suitable to me, having to travel to the property from the other side of the city. On meeting, Kieran was professional, friendly and approachable This is not an area that I am familiar with, so was happy with Keiran for assisting me with trades to clean up the place to look more than presentable and AWESOME! Such a load of my mind; knowing there was help out there! He handled documentation for trades to update the property and assisted with trades in renovation of property to selling. Overall, it was a stress free experience Kieran strived for the best result during changeover with 2026 budget, having a list of sellers keen to buy in the area. Due to legalities when selling, I had a lawyer, and Kieran kept in contact with her as well.

Luke at Raine and Horne was a great help finding the right home for us, we decided to purchase on a house we view at a open house after, Luke didn't complain or hesitate to arrange for a few private viewings for our family to come along after hours, Luke was very friendly, professional and very obliging
