General recommendation
Nick was excellent in all aspects of the sale of my unit. He kept me informed immediately after the 'open for inspections' and was very positive in his comments. All the organisation of the presale requirements such as painting etc was done very quickly and efficiently. He was also very approachable about any of my concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell a property.

Nick totally exceeded our expectations in the sale of our property. His strong local market knowledge and professionalism shone through and I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick. Nick displayed an organised, collaborative and easy going manner in all dealings with us and went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. Our property sold quickly and the price secured exceeded both our expectations and what other agents were advising us.
