Professional and great to deal with
Alex and the R&H Mosman team were terrific. Not only was Alex very knowledgeable, she was also very supportive, as selling Mum’s home was both stressful and emotional. First up Alex and the team did a fantastic job with trades and a stylist to present Mum’s place beautifully, which had a huge impact on its saleability. Next was a stellar marketing campaign, which drew a lot of attention. Then the hard work of selling the property in what was quite a slow market. Through it all, Alex answered all of my questions or concerns promptly, educating me gently but firmly without judgement. I needed all the guidance I could get so it was gratefully received. From the first meeting, we were very impressed by Andrew´s enthusiasm to take on the project. His attention to detail during his inital inspection of our property was reassuring and was our first encounter with his utter dedication to the task at hand. In preparing the property for sale, Andrew offered his team of tradesmen, but also offered other quotes. His team delivered exactly as promised, thus giving us further confidence as we moved to being open for inspection. When bad weather and a cooler-than-expected market resulted in minimal interest in the property, Andrew´s calmness and logical lines of thought eased our worries. Later, when we had to lower our expectations, we felt entirely confident that, as a matter of pride, Andrew would not rest until he achieved the very best price the market was willing to give. Andrew and his team were excellent. Andrew really knows his stuff and I had complete confidence in him from the start. He and his team took all of the stress out of preparing mum’s unit for sale, booking and managing all of the required trades on my behalf, and then styling it beautifully. Andrew is also great with communication and very consultative. He kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable with progress throughout the campaign. He is also very knowledgeable in relation to the contract exchange and helped to keep that process on track. I couldn’t be happier with the result and recommend Andrew Bowden very highly.
