I have rented through Raine & Horne Nelson Bay for many years and cannot recommend the Property Management team enough. I was recently in a position I had to vacate my premises during COVID-19 lockdown. Aimee and Kirsty of the Nelson Bay office were sensational. We found a property and under the restrictions in place, I viewed the property with the COVID-19 viewing policy and procedures clearly outlined and complied with. Aimee had the patience of a saint while she showed each of my children through the property. I applied and within 48 hours had approval, lease signed and all paperwork completed, all while complying with social distancing procedures.
