Incredible People Skills Tania Made Us Feel Heard, Understood, and Confident Every Step of the Way!

A big thank you to Tania for making our forever home buying experience so easy, enjoyable and stress free! We first met her briefly at an open home, and shortly after she reached out to offer us a private viewing of an off-list property and it ended up being the one. Daryl was the professional leading/supporting us in all aspects with the selling the house. So good

In the first instance Daryl took his time to research not just the market, but also the profile of the potential buyers. His advertising campaign and approach to the impending sale was highly effective. Given that the property was being tenanted by a long-term tenant during this period and we were intending to find the right buyer where the tenant would stay. This provided more of challenge i believe for Daryl, but he just worked with what we had, including very inclement weather during inspections. As this was our first time selling a house in the 40 years, Daryls guidance, prompt communications, and steadying of our nerves has been highly appreciated. A good man to have on your side, his experience just showed.

good result

Hi everybody who read reviews. On meeting with Daryl at a property for sale, all parties involved were happy, pleased with the outcome once we talked and exchanged initial formalities things just progressed from there over the next few weeks, settlements usual 6 weeks conveyancing process, and a great outcome, and thank you Daryl Johnson of Raine & Horne Newcastle, Daryl was a fantastic help with the transitions liason between vendor, tennant access and myself. No pressure experience, very relaxed process.

Stressful

Both houses that we sold were very painful. People genuinely walk through a house and what they see is what they get both houses we had to do work or leave stuff for the new buyers Which I’ve never had to do before this Real Estate agent is all about the Buyer not the seller when the seller is the one that pays the commission And didn’t get the bottle of wine for all the stress .
