Overall we are pleased
This is the first property that we have let with an agent and so we had no expectations as to what to expect. We are perhaps high maintenance customers as our tenants are just keeping the property warm for us until we can move in, so it's not your usual investment management. We had a few blips in the beginning while we found our feet on expectations however these were quickly rectified by Erin and her team and we are safe in the knowledge that the property is being looked after in a manner to which we would expect.

Great agency, best we have had..
Raine & Horne Noosa Hinterland are the best agency we have had. Any issues with the house we rent are handled very quickly with quality tradesmen. Erin Brunty is our property manager and is a pleasure to deal with, always polite and friendly. Erin was a great support when we moved into our new house in Lake Macdonald. She is always available or returns calls as soon as she can. Impressive agency
I own a couple of properties in NSW and Vic and have had mixed experiences with managing agents to the point where I find it more effective to manage my own properties in NSW. Raine and Horne Noosa Hinterland on the other hand is the way an agency should be run. They really care about the properties and their management and maintenance of them is second to none. The open helpful communication and regular monthly income statements with all costings detailed is also much appreciated and makes my book keeping alot easier. They have also promptly found really good tenants for the property every time which is great as I know that house is always being looked after.
