Expert knowledge, care and kindness through process.
We can't say anything wrong when it comes to Tony and Nadine and the experience we have experienced from Raine and Horne North Lakes. We originally engaged with Tony and Nadine following a terrible experience with a fellow North Lakes agent, to take over our management of the property as a rental. Following the growth of the market within North Lakes, we decided to prepare the property for sale. At this time, we relied on Tony and Nadine for their expert knowledge of the local area as we had been removed for many years and after 1 day the property was under contract!! Thank you Tony and Nadine and we can't thank you enough.

Friendly and professional agents
To anyone looking for honest and capable agents, Nat and Tony are superstars. They really connected with us and listened to our needs as we prepared to sell our beloved home. Best communicaters as we went through this process, resulting in a fantasitc outcome for us and the new owners of our home. Would defenately recommend them to anyone, really great people and down to earth :)

Brilliant Listing Agent
As buyers we may not always be entirely satisfied with the listing agent, whose duty is to maximise the selling price and look after primarily the interests of the vendors, which is fair enough. Tony however goes above and beyond. He not only looks after his vendors extremely well, pushing me to extract the highest price and the most favourable terms, but at the same time he was always mindful of my needs as well as a buyer and helped out wherever possible. Tony had been courteous, professional and a joy to deal with.
