Having sold quite few properties over the years, it is refreshing to meet a team like Nadine & Tony from Raine & Horne North Lakes. As they are local residents they are engaged locally and they have in depth local property knowledge. We looked at two of their properties, eventually purchasing one of them. Both of the properties were presented extremely well, the attention to detail was evident along with genuine marketing and the photo images are excellent. When meeting them at the open they engage with prospective buyers in a professional and genuine way, they actually listen and offer suggestions, they also keep in touch and provide timely feedback and updates, as buyers we certainly like their approach, not too pushy but very engaged in their role, I have no hesitation in recommending them as your next real estate agent ! This was our fifth time selling a home and Team Wilkie provided the best experience yet. We were very happy with everything from our initial discussions onwards, including photography, house staging, marketing and following up of enquiries. Both Tony and Nadine are very hands on and are your point of contact through every step of the selling process. Bigger agencies seem to have a lot of delegation of tasks to other staff members which can result in confusion, especially when dealing with negotiations and contracts etc but this time we had two people acting for us who are always on the same page. We signed a contract within two weeks of the property going to market. Unfortunately this contract collapsed as the buyers were unable to obtain finance. Tony and Nadine had continued to proactively market the property over this period and we soon had a second contract in place. We would have no hesitation in recommending Team Wilkie to sell your property.
