Poor communication and not very helpful

The price was fine, the process was not. Despite advising I wanted two weekends of open homes, Gary told buyers to submit their best offer by the next day. A major decision made without consulting me. When he had a private buyer, he never disclosed the increased commission upfront, only raising it at the moment of the offer with time pressure to accept. The marketing brochure was subpar. Gary went on leave during settlement without telling me, an issue as settlement was delayed, and nobody called to explain. Overall bad communication. Would not recommend.
