Truly professional
There were a number of unusual situations associated with the sale of my property which meant that the sale took approximately 8 months to settle with a number of addendums. Valerie held it all together for both myself as vendor, and the purchasers. She showed professionalism at all times and most importantly communicated well with all that was happening. She showed compassion with the many difficult aspects which we were all faced with, including a flood and consequent damage repairs. I recommend her highly for any real estate sale or purchase. I greatly appreciate all she has done for me.

What an experience
It was meant to happen, although we don't know how after a weekend of looking at houses in Tumby Bay and surrounds and attempting to contact a couple of agents using their contact no's on the weekend, which I might add did not respond to our requests. We received a return call from Valerie Introducing herself as a Raine & Horne agent for Tumby Bay and that we had rang her number, we proceeded with the contact still not sure how it happened, and she introduced us to a number of properties she had for sale, we had several meetings discussing issues with 9 Pfitzner St and making the decision to purchase after she had negotiated with the vendor on our behalf without hesitation and a suitable purchase price was reached. All proceedings of the contract were put into motion and the cooling off period commenced, with some anxious moments re accessing the rear of the property with vehicles due to drive way being quite narrow, eventually the decision was made to continue with deal, I know Valerie was quite anxious as I was that the Master of the house may pull out of the deal. But all went ahead very quickly and smoothly Valerie was proficient with her assistance throughout the whole process. And the information folder was very helpful especially after buying several properties over the years in several different states and never being presented with this concise information found in this folder very useful. Thank you Valerie and Raine & Horne regards Gwen Ward It was a great experience, although we ? just don't know how the contact started.

Valuable Agent
I trusted Valerie with the sale of my house second time on the market. The property was a difficult one to sell, with a limited market, however throughout the process I felt she was doing all she could to advise and assist in all areas including price, advertising, opens, presentation etc. I trusted her recommendations and they paid off. Valerie also sold a family property and was commended for her work with all involved. We were kept informed and were happy with the way negotiations were conducted. Highly recommended.
