Jamie went the extra mile for me. I was buying alone for the first time, and he was helpful. He discussed my options, and even had creative ideas regarding homes I viewed to help make them suit me. He allowed other members of my family to view the property I finally settled on. He returned all my calls and was always friendly and approachable. He is a family/community man and conducted business like that, he didn't give me the hard sell, allowing me to take the time I need to get my own impressions and make up my own mind. Jaime was such a great agent to work with, from our first meeting, until the day that our property settled. He listened to our goals and definitely achieved the highest selling price offered by any of the other agents in town. Which literally covered his fee. His communication was spot on, level of professionalism was very high and he also had the vibe of seeming life a family friend. We couldn't believe how quick the process was and within a week of the For Sale sign going into the ground, it was sold. 1 open home and no stress.
