Vic hadn't had much experience in my area but was more than happy and very capable of finding all the information need to set up a painless and wonderful campaign which saw my property sell above asking in only one open house. It is easy for agents to overinflate the value of your property during the appraisal period to assist them in gaining your listing. Subsequently the house doesn’t sell and you are left disappointed. Vic on the other hand is extremely realistic and honest with regard to providing you an achievable sales price for your property. It was obvious he had extensively researched the market when we first had our house appraised and honest with his valuation. A prime example of Vic's honesty was when he did an appraisal on our house and he realised we weren't certain on whether we wanted to sell or not. Vic encouraged us to take our time in making a decision and wait until after Christmas before making the final call. Vic is a down-to-earth, straight shooter who worked with us to make sure that we presented the property in the best light.
