At the initial property inspection, Vic had the most comprehensive presentation and was clearly keen to list the property. Following the delay in preparations of contracts etc. Vic only needed one open house to secure a sale, so we are obviously very impressed, particularly given the number of units that are on the market in Queanbeyan.
