Savvy and Safe Care through the Selling Journey

I found Clare to have an astute knowledge of local conditions and buyers in the current market. She was very good at sussing out who was only browsing and who was a real potential buyer. She was able to target the best points of my unit and highlight them. I chose not to use a stylist and have my own selective furniture. Clare's advice gave clarity to my attempt and there was a better use of internal space but my own style was still respected. I have definately been positively influenced to declutter, debulk and keep the space calm and free for buyers to walk through and imagine themselves as new owners. I found her reliable and caring and felt I could ask her anything and get a balanced and truthful answer.

Excellent service and result

During that process, Craig provided excellent advice in preparing the unit for sale, in particular styling the unit, kept me fully informed during the inspection period and achieved a result just prior to the auction date which exceeded my expectations.
