The experience and professionalism that has been provided to us while Lorriane Cox has been property manager for our unit at 13/192 Long Street Cleaveland has been nothing short of exceptional. Personally I wish she could look after our hole portfolio however she would have to be in two states and spread very thin. We would truly like to thank Rain& Horn for having such great staff. We selected R&H Redland Bay shortly after deciding to put our property on the rental market. While we prep'd and packed the services required were completed to our timeline. Lorraine was realistic with her thoughts on the current rental situation for properties of type, and vetted the interested parties and applications to our best interest. We have what we believe is the right tenant of our property and where it's situated. We're very pleased with where we're at and how the entire process was handled.
