Denise was our Real Estate Agent who arranged the selling of our property. As this was our first home, it was a very hard and difficult decision. The professionalism of Denise was first rate. She kept us fully informed of the process, offered any assistance when required (as we live interstate) and achieved a better than asking price for our property. Not once did we feel pressured by her, she was very informative and left all the decisions up to us. We currently have elderly tenants, and we wanted to ensure that they were also looked after. I can't rate Denise high enough. Her communication throughout the whole sale process was second to none. We had a tenant in place which could have made our sale tricky but that didn't stop Denise. With no signage out the front and no open home ( the tenant wouldn't allow this) Denise managed to get 3 contracts within 24 hrs of the first viewing. If we ever sell again we would definitely choose Denise.
