Reassured me every step of the way that I was the seller and never pressured me into anything as I saw other agents do to friends selling their property. I wasn’t easy to deal with due to trying to sell and buy at the same time but Denise took on my stress and not only worked hard at the sale of my property from the tiniest detail to getting me my asking price. She made me feel like I wasn’t just another client selling her home. She actually cared. I’d even go to her for advice about the contract of my new home once I found one. She was incredibly supportive and professional. Professional, incredibly honest, genuine, worked above and beyond. She was always there when I’d email, call or txt her with hundreds of stressful questions. She’d even reply after hours. Her hard work allowed me to purchase my dream home. I didn’t make it easy due to the stress I was feeling in trying to run two contracts at the same time hundreds of kilometres apart. She kept me updated every step of the way and was so easy to communicate with and truthful. A rare diamond of an agent. I recommend her to anyone who like me finds the journey daunting and needs an agent to have their back and get their property sold or even purchase one because I used her advice on the purchase of another property when my lawyer was closed on the weekends which I was grateful. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work.
