Excellent communicator, strong observational skills, meticulous in work, familiar with the market.

When the property was introduced to the market, it coincided with the Iran War, which led to a surge in oil prices and prices, the Australian central bank’s interest rate hikes, and significant reforms in negative tax deductions.
