Andrew’s market knowledge and years of experience are amazing, he has gone above and beyond to assist us with our sale. Even through the bad weather he persisted with open houses and even lending a hand with the gardening (thanks again Andrew). Selling Our SMSF Investment Property
We had a very pleasant time in dealing with our agent Andrew Davidson from the very first time we made contact until the end of the sale. He had very good knowledge of the market conditions in his area. After inspecting our property a couple of times he advised that we should complete a number of maintenance issues before we put the townhouse on the market. We were happy to go ahead as Andrew thought this would improve our sale value and also produce a quicker sale which turned out to be spot on. He went out of his way to check the work was being done and efficiently. He was able to provide us with a Queensland conveyancer as we were in NSW who were also extremely efficiently. All communications were over the phone as we were located in NSW and everything as was performed in an extremely friendly and professional manner. From the time the townhouse was advertised for sale on social media we kept informed of each step. The results for us was extremely good as we achieved a quick sale at a very good price. We would have no hesitation to recommend Andrew to look after the selling of one’s property.

Put simply, Andrew is an outstanding agent. As first home buyers we felt supported the entire way. It was really important for us to have an agent we could trust. Great Agency easy to get to good staff superior to others around
My name is Byron Horne and I have had 22years experience in Real Estate, 11years in Tasmania and 11 years in Queensland and mostly in a Sales Manager position in addition to other titles and some years as a Financial Adviser. I recently purchased a home in Nerang Queensland which was marketed by Andrew and on my past knowledge I considered Andrew Davidson to be one of the best in the industry being very knowledgeable and trustworthy and nothing was a problem to him as I had several inspections accompanied by my family members. Andrew attended a building and pest inspection with me and the pest inspector gave a reasonable report one who I picked up from an advert and I agreed to purchase the home only to find the Building Report was not up to scratch and Andrew attended to see the damage that had occurred and several times after and he was able to provide a builder's name who was very experienced and undertook the work required, Andrew kept in touch with me whilst the work was being done and kept an eye on the work throughout and it would be fair to say Andrew excelled himself as an agent who I now consider a great friend.
