Look no further!
Having interviewed four agents to list my property I chose Andrew. I immediately felt at ease with Andrew and really appreciated the fact that he had many years of experience and knew the market well. I found him to be a man of integrity and his constant communication was exemplary....not too much and always enough. Andrew's professionalism sold my property - no gimmicks. He provided exceptional advice on what to do or not before sale, his keen eye for detail produced excellent photos, and his overall manner was calm, friendly, confident, and always professional - not one of pushiness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Andrew to sell your property. In fact, I would look no further!

Andrew was an excellent real estate agent. With our timeline to sell at the beginning of this year, Andrew was available over the end-of-year break period or even after hours to answer questions and prepare the required documents. His 20+ years of industry experience were obvious as he knew and explained in an easy-to-understand manner about all the details and requirements to sell the property which were tailored to our exact situation. He is highly knowledgeable about the Gold Coast area. He also prepared the online advertisement very quickly to fit our timeline. We valued his prompt correspondence and transparency throughout the selling process. As the seller, you know exactly what is going on at every step of the process because Andrew will call you and give you an update. Would recommend Andrew highly to anyone selling a property
Andrew was very pro-active during the sale keeping in contact with us as the seller, and potential buyers. We sold quite quickly, and Andrew had a back-up buyer lined up if the sale fell through. He kept us up to date with any developments. Would highly recommend.

Great communicator
