I had a typical 3 bedroom house for sale in the Nerang region of the Gold Coast. Andrew provided a clear outline of my selling options and recommended what was most appropriate for me which was certainly not the most expensive option. He recommended a sale price that was above my expectations but within a week we had a number of interested buyers and signed one up at a higher price than advertised. The building inspection raised a few issues that were easily resolved but resulted in the buyer backing out. Andrew moved quickly to organise contractors to complete the rectifications and put the property back on the market. Within a few days we had three more offers and have now sold the property for $30k over the advertised price and $50k over my expectations.
