Professional, honest and down to earth. The best!
Having used Andrew's professional services 14 years ago when buying our home we recently chose to use him as our selling agent. At that time Andrew quickly identified what we sort of property we were after and found a perfect match in very little time and within our budget. Now, on the other side as a seller, Andrew's knowledge of the business and local area showed in the information he provided, and in the price achieved at sale. Andrew's recommendations on how to present our home for sale contributed to a great outcome with a process that was as stress free as possible. Would definitely use his services again and would recommend Andrew as an agent who has his clients needs at heart.

A very positive experience!

Our experience with Andrew was very positive. No hard sell . Polite and very welcoming.
Carrara is a suburb we had not really considered purchasing a property in. When 8 Sharne court was listed,my wife and I decided it was worth a look . Upon arriving at the property Andrew was there to greet all prospective buyers with his tape measure indicating 1.5 metre to remind all persons of social distancing. Andrew had first hand knowledge of this property, as he had sold it 16 years ago. Andrew had a laid back but a very sincere and positive attitude, not only to us but all persons attending the open for inspection. All this along with the property condition convinced us to make and offer which was accepted. Andrew assisted us with this purchase.
