Its an interesting albeit long story, which I shall try to condense for brevity. January 2018, we decided to sell 2 of our investment properties and my wife knew a very well known Local Real Estate agent from a big brand name agency- unsuspectingly this was our FIRST MISTAKE... the communication was pathetically poor, open days were held without our consent and every time we tried to ring it seemed they had no idea of who were... WORST OF ALL they allowed 2 contracts to fail... because they FAILED TO LISTEN to our instructions. You know that Karma has a really funny sense of humour.
