We had an acreage property located in Nerang, which we had rented out for some six years. We invited Andrew in for an appraisal and he suggested that to get optimal returns on our investment, we would have to do some minor renovations and cleaning of the property. After this work was completed, Andrew was very confident and went ahead with the marketing of the property. The advertising he did resulted in a lot of interest for the place, and it didn't take Andrew long to put it under contract at a price that we were happy with. Andrew assisted myself and my husband ( who was overseas at the time) in purchasing a block of land in the area we wanted. His knowledge of the area and blocks available and suitable for our needs was fantastic as I was new to that area. As I currently reside overseas due to work, he was able to fully and seamlessly orchestrate our purchase and all the negotiations on our behalf once I left Australia to return overseas 2 weeks later.
