We had an acreage property located in Nerang, which we had rented out for some six years. We invited Andrew in for an appraisal and he suggested that to get optimal returns on our investment, we would have to do some minor renovations and cleaning of the property. After this work was completed, Andrew was very confident and went ahead with the marketing of the property. The advertising he did resulted in a lot of interest for the place, and it didn't take Andrew long to put it under contract at a price that we were happy with.
