SOLD Thanks to Brendan Adams
Firstly I was very pleased with the advertising display for the listing which gave me confidence in achieving a sale at not the best time of year. Brendan made the selling process less intimidating for me by keeping me informed after each open for inspection. I liked the professional way he explained possibilities he could try to attract buyers. Brendan was always available to be contacted and I'm happy with the result he achieved.

We Had a positive experience with Brendan.
Brendan was acting for the vendor on our acquisition of a property. We found Brendan to be very transparent and easy to deal with. We think both parties were happy with the transaction, and once the transaction had been signed Brendan was really fantastic to make sure that all of the details were clearly understood and all the ancillary items were progressed regarding the closing of the deal. Based on this experience we would highly recommend Brendan in the area.

Tough market
I got to know Brendan quite well over the 6 months that the house was on the market for .He always rang after openings to give me feedback .He was always positive that even in the declining real estate market it will sell. So after two price reduction to keep in line with the declining market we eventually sold by "hanging in there". He was always available to speak to if you had a query or made sure he rang back asap.
