Firstly I was very pleased with the advertising display for the listing which gave me confidence in achieving a sale at not the best time of year. Brendan made the selling process less intimidating for me by keeping me informed after each open for inspection. We Had a positive experience with Brendan.
Brendan was acting for the vendor on our acquisition of a property. We found Brendan to be very transparent and easy to deal with. We think both parties were happy with the transaction, and once the transaction had been signed Brendan was really fantastic to make sure that all of the details were clearly understood and all the ancillary items were progressed regarding the closing of the deal.
