Her genuine interest in potential tenant needs, while seeking best outcome for owner too, and her listening skills made for an easy and supportive conversation throughout my application process. Her competence and promptness allowed for all administrative tasks to be completed with ease. Her professional management of, and communication and delivery of the legal requirement issues was seamless, and she made administrative tasks manageable with care competence and clear communication. She was supportive of planning and practical issues facing me as potential tenant dealing with a move. Hannahs twin key strengths are she is a people person who takes the time to build relationship with all parties interest in mind with empathy and care, tp get a good outcome, and she knows her stuff, meaning she is really competent in completing process and following through, at the different stages, building trust and confidence in process in her for tenancy. A few urgent move in maintenace issues cropped up for me, and there was genuine care while absolutely no delay in getting remedied too. Even had I not been the succesful tenant, 😊 I would still rated my exoerience with Hannah's genuine people skills and care and comptence as a really positive exoerience.
