Clancy Shaw has made having a rental property easy. Normal things happen as & when they should, in an easy, friendly way. Unfortunately we had a major bathroom problem BUT Clancy handled this & the ongoing Insurance claim in a friendly efficient professional way. No one is perfect but Clancy is very close!

Hannah was welcoming when we had the house inspection. She was very approachable when we had questions concerning our application. Once it was approved she explained the leased agreement properly to us, which was easy to understand. She has a very cheerful personality and we look for to our future contacts.

I have been with R&H for 5 years and I have had the best experience with a real estate I dealt with Michelle Brown to begin with who was absolutely wonderful She is the most friendly and cannot do enough for you If something needs doing...it gets done The last couple of months I have dealt with Clancy who has been very nice to me I have been very unwell on vacating the property and Clancy has been so understanding
