I have to say that Danny has been a blessing for me and the rest of my family. He knew straight away what needed to be fixed and updated in order to sell the property. He does this for a living and it so difficult to know what else to spend money on when selling, so he was great at providing that advice straight away which is not obvious unless you have this experience. He saved me a lot of heartache and money. Additionally, he knew the tradies in the area and helped me sort out final touches quickly. He also recommended staging, which really made our property look even more amazing. He did things like get the blower out to do a final touch up before open homes and listened to all my concerns and requirements at all stages of selling our home. He knows the area well, and was able to quickly point out the features of our property and its location, something that a local really knows well. He also knew about the smaller things about a home in a place like Dodges Ferry, such as where the septic tank was, and what valves etc to what, and if he didn't know he figured it out. The first approach to Debbie was good - she was informative and honest. The frustrating part was getting to see the property, for several reasons - it was holiday rental, and needed to be vacant, and was quite distant from her office. However, she was not proactive about organizing this, and it took several weeks before I could view it. However, once I had seen it, and decided to buy it, Debbie was honest in her advice, and knowledgeable about other properties in the area. She was very helpful about guiding me through the initial process of purchasing the property - no silly games, and I really appreciated that. Everything went smoothly from then.

The agent charged more than the value of help and advice that was given. We were misled about the purpose of the purchaser. At settlement the agents office paid the wrong entities out of the deposit, so we the vendors had to transfer money to correct the error. You do not expect professionals to get it wrong.
