The first approach to Debbie was good - she was informative and honest. The frustrating part was getting to see the property, for several reasons - it was holiday rental, and needed to be vacant, and was quite distant from her office. However, she was not proactive about organizing this, and it took several weeks before I could view it. However, once I had seen it, and decided to buy it, Debbie was honest in her advice, and knowledgeable about other properties in the area. She was very helpful about guiding me through the initial process of purchasing the property - no silly games, and I really appreciated that. Everything went smoothly from then.

The agent charged more than the value of help and advice that was given. We were misled about the purpose of the purchaser. At settlement the agents office paid the wrong entities out of the deposit, so we the vendors had to transfer money to correct the error. You do not expect professionals to get it wrong.
