I highly recommend Clayton Smith from Raine & Horne for anyone looking to sell their property. Clayton has truly gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. From day one, he kept me well‑informed, clearly communicated with potential buyers, and made sure all the necessary information was shared at the right time. He was involved from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. The reason I’m writing this review is because my experience with Clayton was completely different from my previous experience with another real estate agent in the area. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service I expected earlier and had to disengage from them. Getting in touch with Clayton was a turning point — the level of professionalism and commitment he and his team showed was outstanding. I would also like to specifically mention Georja Todd, who was equally amazing. She handled the open homes professionally, provided detailed information about the property, and managed buyer enquiries extremely well. With around 9–10 interested buyers attending inspections, managing everyone effectively within a limited time is not easy, but both Clayton and Georja handled it seamlessly. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just stop once the property was sold — they stayed engaged right through to settlement, ensuring everything progressed smoothly. I’m genuinely very happy and impressed with the service provided by Clayton and Georja, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their property.
