I have known Frank Barker for a number of years, and always found him to be a compassionate and helpful man who cares about the community. So when it came time to sell my property in Kangaroo Valley, he was the obvious choice for me. The property, as a yoga retreat on 40 acres, is rather unique. This definitely places it into a niche market which doesn’t appeal to all buyers. I decided to hold out for a good price from the right buyer. Frank was always pleasant to deal with, he was respectful to the purchasers, and never tried to pressure me into quick low price sales. He was also dedicated but patient, while we waited for the right buyer. I commend Frank Barker, not only as an excellent real estate agent, but also as a reliable and trustworthy man.
