Frank has been excellent to deal with over a few years - He has been happy to provide market updates when we asked and when it came to the decision to sell he was informed and very helpful in the preparation phase. Once on the market we had regular and accurate communication and Frank was happy to listen to queries and come up with solutions. His assistant Janine was also excellent to deal with.
