Brandy performed well under difficult conditions given recent changes in the housing market.

Brandy performed well under difficult conditions given the recent changes to tax law, interest rates and fuel price effect on inflation. He is old school in communication style with prompt follow ups to enquiries and face to face meetings at open homes. Given his time in the industry, he is well versed with how to match buyer/seller expectations during negotiations.

Knowledge communication and professional

Brandy was easy to work with his knowledge of the markets was right as I had done some research before I spoke to him.Brandy new what price we wanted and achieve that price we asked for, he was willing to work with us on everything we wanted to achieve and he was willing to put in the hard work for us to achieve our goal I would highly recommend Brandy and would use him again it we had another property for sale
