Great selling experience
Brendon was able to sell our house for above our hard-minimum in a month in, what is being considered, a lull in the market. Brendon's communication was great. I was included in the process and when I had questions he answered them. I would recommend him to others selling.

Positive Experience
Brendan was friendly and approachable in all aspects of the sale of our house. He listened to our requests and was very accommodating of our preferences for the sale and marketing options. Brendan was respectful of our ideas and was always encouraging. He was diligent in giving feedback about, and from potential buyers and made himself available to be contacted when needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend Brendan to sell their home.

A great experience selling my property
Both James and Brendon were really supportive in helping me to prepare my property for sale. They were really knowledgeable about the current market and helped me to make an informed decision about the best way to sell my property. I felt like they really valued my time and opinion and were always available to respond to calls and texts. They always updated me after the house had been open for inspection and I really felt informed about the progress of the sale when meeting with the guys every week for an update. I would highly recommend James and Brendon due to their commitment and professionalism.

Fantastic experience
We had such a great experience with Haydn and the team at Sunbury Raine & Horne, I highly rate Haydn and definitely recommend choosing him to sell your property. He was very professional and we felt he had the experience and down to earth personality to get the job done. We had a fantastic experience overall and Haydn made us feel like we were the only people with our house for sale. We could contact him whenever we needed and he would always put our minds at ease being first time vendors. Our house recieved multiple offers in the first week and were under contract within a fortnight, we believe this was due to Haydn's hard work and perseverance.
