Professionalism
We had the pleasure of Amanda Burt being our agent for the selling of our house. From the first meeting, Amanda displayed such a positive attitude to the task at hand. She was open in her discussions on what needed upgrading, the price we could expect and the styling when open day was upon us. Amanda’s confidence in getting a sale gave us a sense of relief and satisfaction. Amanda was right. Advertised Thursday, open day Saturday and sold Monday night. Our overall experience was a whirlwind, given how quick it sold, but very assuring and completely satisfying. We would highly recommend Amanda to anyone wanting to sell their house. Always available!
Amanda was recommended by friends who had already sold their house through her. She was always cheerful and positive, even when it was clear the house wasn't going to sell quickly. She never lost faith that we would achieve a sale and, although we didn't get the price we hoped for, in the end we were happy to settle for the negotiated position. Amanda had a "never-say-die" attitude. Even when we had resolved to take the house off the market, she continued to encourage us to just have "one more open" and, in the end, that did the trick. Amanda became more than just our agent and now we consider her to be a friend. 😊
