James was very professional in his dealings. He was always on time and provided feedback on progress. The home was sold within 4 weeks, however unfortunately James was away at the time. I can't therefore make comment on his negotiation skills. I would recommend James.

We have dealt with Haydn twice - buying our house and then selling it. I cannot find the words to say how wonderful he is. Nothing is too much trouble for him.
