I found Scott Couper of Raine and Horne Real Estate to be a professional and consistent agent. I recently purchased a Manufactured home in Kingfisher Gardens T’mba The purchase itself was easy enough. However due to the complexity of the contract it didn’t go smoothly at all because it didn’t fall into the standard REIQ contract and required a specialist in conveyancing. He spoke with the manager of the complex. Scott stayed consistent, connected, and helpful in every step of the process and learning about this helped me as well. I almost pulled out because I got overwhelmed. It took sometime to get an agent to assist us and Scott helped and all the time it took just to get a contract written. Scott was on my side and the buyer as well. Scott’s phone, email, messaging manner was very clear and concise and promptly answer my many questions. He attended promptly to B&P report, the inspection of the property like the home was his own. His conduct was professional with the neighbours in the complex and with me. This was not an easy process for me since I was the sole purchaser since my husband death. Scott assisted me to find a solicitor, building and pest company.
