About Neil

Being in my 33rd year of selling Real Estate in the Two Wells, Lewiston, Adelaide Plains and Gawler Districts, I have become a part of the community to say the least. I am a Licenced Real Estate Agent as well as Auctioneer; selling vacant land, Residential & Rural properties both by private treaty and Auction. I also conduct clearing sales, charity and sporting club Auctions throughout the area in my spare time. I Remember When I first started selling Real Estate; Lewiston was an open farming land with very few trees. I was fortunate enough to be involved in the initial marketing of the 2 and 2 1/2 acre allotment in the Harniman Estate, Hams Park, Aunger Estate, Hancock Estate, Illingworth Estate and the Post Estate all of which are now fully established as we see them today.

About us

Two Wells as the name suggests – our early settlers used two aboriginal wells in the region as a fresh water source. Today, an eclectic mix of residential living, high income, intensive Agriculture, Industry, and the rich productive plains for cropping, sheep and cattle. Virginia and Angle-Vale are now well established and known as the “bread basket” of South Australia with market gardens, wineries and more recently the 60 million dollar investment into a huge hydroponic tomato growing project, utilizing the most up to date technology. Cereal crops include Wheat, Barley and Canola The relatively safe rainfall of this region 460mm (18 inches) provides good stable farming. The Northern growth corridor underwrites an ongoing prosperous region for many generations to come. A varied interesting lifestyle with plenty of opportunity is assured.

Thought I would wait withthe feedback for a while. It has now been two years since we moved into this property and despite some challenges early on it has been the best move we ever made. Professional and stress free sale.
