An honest, warm and approachable agent who understood the significance of our sale
When Chay entered our home for the initial appraisal process, we were greeted with a warm and bubbly persona who respected our home. Chay immediately understood the brief- our first home was sentimental and we were only selling to the right people. Chay kept it real while letting us drive the sale process. She was fixed with unwavering patience and her warm presence was consistent at every open home, private inspection and phone call. She kept in close contact throughout the sale process and entertained my quirky good luck ritual prior to each home inspection. There is nothing superficial about Chay. She is an honest and approachable agent. We sought comfort in Chay’s knowledge as a local community member and her empathy as a family woman, as she knew the significance of the sale to our small family.

Robert always kept us informed on developments
We used Raine and Horne to sell our property based on previous experience when we bought a plot of land in Milton NSW and comments from neighbours and other friends who had used their services. Rob Granger was our agent for our most recent relocation. He kept us fully informed in a professional and timely way. He displayed a full understanding of the local market and its dynamics. The market, at the time, was somewhat depressed by the overall cost of living, and higher interest rates for borrowers. Through the agency R&H our property was exposed to a regular flow of potential buyers. Once a buyer was identified the overall process was expedited very efficiently to a satisfactory outcome.

Knowledgeable, efficient and engaging agent
Ben showed us through a few properties before we found 'the one'. He was knowledgeable about each of the properties we viewed, suggesting possible upgrades and solutions to any concerns we had. He and his team went out of their way to make themselves available to show properties outside of advertised open times. We never felt any pressure, Ben just installed a confidence in us to make the move when we knew we were in the right spot. Thank you Ben and the team for all your help!!

Couldn’t be happier
The whole buying process through Ben was a pleasure, there was no BS like other agents we’ve dealt with and at no point did we feel we were being hassled/rushed/pressured into buying, but at the same time we were kept in the loop and not having to chase Ben for updates.
