Over the past 4 years Robert has been keeping us updated on the market. When we decided to put our property on the market we knew Robert would look after us. From the start Robert kept us well informed. The market is slow and getting potential buyers was difficult. He was able to find an interested buyer who after a few weeks of negotiation purchased the property. Robert is very experienced

We met Chay when we were looking for a house for my mother in law, and she was very friendly & helpful. This time around we were looking for ourselves we went to an open house & she remembered us. Again very friendly & helpful & she knew the property & what she didn’t know she found out for us.

We had to put our house up at the worse time for sale. Chay was great, she set realistic expectations but also encouraged us to do what was right for our family and supported us to hold out for a high price. And she did get us a really good price for the current market. She was very patient with our situation and worked very hard to get it sold. Chay was also very helpful in getting yard maintenance set up for us during a period where we had to temporarily leave the property, and even went and emptied our bins and watered our plants, so she really does go above and beyond. Getting us the price that she did in this market shows what a capable agent she is, and I would absolutely hire her again.

Ben and Team were brilliant. We had to sell my father's home as he had to go into an aged care facility. It was a difficult time for all we live a long distance away from Ulladulla, being in Melbourne. Therefore, my wife and I really needed the professional assistance and guidance from Ben. Ben and team explained everything clearly, recommended all services from our conveyancer (special mention to Adam Bliss ) through to cleaners, carpet cleaners etc. We understood that we had engaged, not only a knowledgeable team but also a very caring one. The sale went smoothly and thus we cannot recommend Ben and team highly enough. Regards Jason and Wendy Edwards

Ben provided excellent liaison between the vendor and me as neither of us were local. Ben fitted in with my limited availability for inspections and after my initial offer which I thought was quite high and within the suggested price guidelines he did manage to negotiate the price somewhat higher. As an out of town buyer he did additional checks on my behalf Eg was there a letterbox, as the house had never been occupied. Other queries were also answered after contacting the owners. Whenever I made a request Ben responded promptly and made purchasing from a distance an easy process. When I first started looking for a property some months earlier I had been surprised by what I perceived as quite high prices in the area. Compared with other homes I looked at on line or in person the eventual price was in line with expectations.
