We were greatly impressed with Ben’s very professional approach. At a time when the market was flat due to the Bush fires in the area Ben persevered with the marketing and finally achieved a sale. Ben seems to have a good knowledge of the local market. He was not a good communicator however, and he did not have a good understanding of the attributes of the house. He also did not ensure the keys to the house were provided at handover.
