Excellent service
Listed a property in Ulladulla with Ben mid December 2019, and had a buyer by February 2020 even after a disastrous local fire season. Very professional and ethical behaviour and a prodigious work ethic.

Ben sold our other house in Bawley Point
We were greatly impressed with Ben’s very professional approach. At a time when the market was flat due to the Bush fires in the area Ben persevered with the marketing and finally achieved a sale. The most impressive aspect of our experience of Ben was the great lengths he went to to keep us up to date with progress and his very quick responses to our enquires.I suspect some of those must have been on his days off. An excellent service.

Ben found a house we are happy with.
Ben seems to have a good knowledge of the local market. He was not a good communicator however, and he did not have a good understanding of the attributes of the house. He also did not ensure the keys to the house were provided at handover.
