We had our home listed previously with another agent for 8 months with no success, and we were extremely unhappy with some of the conflicting information we were receiving, way too many time wasting inspections, agents turning up an hour early un-announced, the list goes on. Ben and his team negotiated a smooth successful sale within 3 months, and only 3-4 potential buyers came through in total. I feel Ben did a great job in weeding out the time wasters so that we were not wasting our time preparing our home all the time. We will definitely be using Ben in the future if we are to sell another home.
