We had to put our house up at the worse time for sale. Chay was great, she set realistic expectations but also encouraged us to do what was right for our family and supported us to hold out for a high price. And she did get us a really good price for the current market. She was very patient with our situation and worked very hard to get it sold. Chay was also very helpful in getting yard maintenance set up for us during a period where we had to temporarily leave the property, and even went and emptied our bins and watered our plants, so she really does go above and beyond. Getting us the price that she did in this market shows what a capable agent she is, and I would absolutely hire her again.

Ben and Team were brilliant. We had to sell my father's home as he had to go into an aged care facility. It was a difficult time for all we live a long distance away from Ulladulla, being in Melbourne. Therefore, my wife and I really needed the professional assistance and guidance from Ben.
