My purchase involved an offer, a rejection, then I wasn't interested, then days later I was (after I remembered how frustrating the search can be.) I increased my offer by $5000 and suggested unusual delayed possession clauses to sweeten the deal, and it was accepted, then the lawyers debated the clauses for a week. Jason was a good communicator throughout the process.

Darren McCormack was exceptionally impressive during the sale of my house as I was on my own dealing with packing up and cleaning and having to go to work Darren physically helped me with the removal of some old furniture loading it onto his trailer and taking it to the tip and and also assisting me with lifting some heavy items onto the back of my ute.
