We needed a quick sale of our Mt Gravatt townhouse, but of the 5 units on the block another was up for private sale and another listed for auction. To gain the most traction Fearless McCormack listed our Open for Inspection on the day and an hour before the auction of the other unit :-). Needless to say we had quite an number of groups through and the agent of the auction was not happy.
